Like I said, that is the only way to do it.misterman10 wrote:that wont happen, there are always new members for the ones lostmuy_thaiguy wrote:Completely wiping it out.
but that will never happen, so technically that won't work to take out the talibanmuy_thaiguy wrote:Like I said, that is the only way to do it.misterman10 wrote:that wont happen, there are always new members for the ones lostmuy_thaiguy wrote:Completely wiping it out.
I wasn't saying that I could, I was just saying that there is no really other way to stop it other then wiping them out.mybike_yourface wrote:can you completly wipe out fundamentalist Sunni Muslim extremism mixed with an ethnic Pashtoon movement? i guess it would take a will to actually do somethign about it. a will the Current Administratiojn has clearly shown it doesn't now have and never had top begin with.

The KKK? Same could be said for pro-Soviet/Communist supporters, and other extermist left-wing liberals. There are "bads" shall we say, on both ends, not just one.hecter wrote:Better question: What will it take to wipe out the extremist right wing conservatives in modern North America?

I didn't say there wasn't, it's just that extremist left wings aren't nearly as prominent right now, hence the "modern North America" statement.muy_thaiguy wrote:The KKK? The idea and belief remains, though. And there's no way to cut that off.High Guard wrote:The only way to stop taliban is to cut off any and all income they have.
Yes there is, if US would spend more money inserting agents and tracking down accounts the going to wars.Arbustos wrote:The idea and belief remains, though. And there's no way to cut that off.High Guard wrote:The only way to stop taliban is to cut off any and all income they have.
Funny, I haven't heard of a single Taliban army annihilated by lightning, or assorted other tools of divine wrath. It's almost as though, maybe, just maybe, god dosen't choose sides! What makes you think that god favors America? What makes you think he hates the Taliban? What makes you think he is prepared to completly obliterate a human being who has the potential to be saved?Caleb the Cruel wrote:God.

Might be a bit embarrasing as it was the CIA who spent millions arming the Afghan Fundamentalists in the first placeHigh Guard wrote:Yes there is, if US would spend more money inserting agents and tracking down accounts the going to wars.Arbustos wrote:The idea and belief remains, though. Actually, Caleb was saying that the only way to get rid of the Taliban would be Gods divine wrath. He didn't, however, mention at any point that God WOULD get involved in any way shape or form, just that He is the only way to stop it. Just thought I'd point that out to you...Neutrino wrote:Funny, I haven't heard of a single Taliban army annihilated by lightning, or assorted other tools of divine wrath.
