18 UC tourney

We were thinking about hosting a tournament.
the kid clan vs CC's adults.
we know that for clan wars we have to wait till rival comes out but this tourney will be public so its perfectly legal.
it will gives us a chance to give ourselfs a name and CC a chance at a years' worth of preemium.
we are having some issues deciding wat the settings and theme should be. ive never hosted a tourney before so could any experienced peolpe help me by giving me some ideas and advise.
