blue has had numerous chances to rip apart green in s. america. instead they have both focused on me. Without delcaring and left each others borders with one army. This has been done repeated turns. Bassically, Blue has had numerous chances to elimate green and done nothing. Their excuse was i could attack blue in africa and become to powerful. The fact is that I was nowhere close to reaching blue in africa the first couple times. The other things is a couple times green had gone for my bonuses and i wouldn't even have recieved a bonus the next turn. This has occured at least since round 8.

i also forgot that green has had numerous chances to do the same to blue in the mahgreb area of world 2.1 but never did (same game)

I think you are over reacting here. Doesn't look like a secret alliance to me.

Not sure about that, cause even when i have been almost dead they just ignore each other. Your going to have to look over the log. Now since I am close to winning they don't bother each other. But when i was lose to losing they never did
They just put one army on the s. america and africa border and went at me. for 5 turns! Only when i brought it up did they decide to put armies there. However, even this past turn, when blue could have attacked green and fortified up and had a better chance of winning. He/she didn't

That is the only game they have played together so far. We would need more than that to establish something concrete if we are to block them from playing together. If you feel they had a secret diplomacy in your game, feel free to leave the appropriate ratings.
