abuse of everyones time. he is purposely missing turns to slow the game for everyone else. he will miss one to two turns in a row knowing not to miss 3 in a row or he will be kicked out. he has missed about 5 turns now and only shows up to screw with me because i asked him to take his turns and stop holding up the game. it is a severe abuse of the unwritten rules he has no chance to win now and has ruined my chance. he has purposly thrown the game and should be removed from it.

If you think a player is deliberately missing his turn as part of his game strategy then just make the best out of it. Foe him so he wouldn't join your games anymore and provide the appropriate ratings. Looking at this player's profile, he has his share of good ratings. It may not mean anything, but it can also show that he may not be like that (in your game) all the time.
