in this map i was wondering how you get into the missile itself it is confusing but seems like a excellent map

The top right corner of the legends says that 'silos' can one way attack to the launch platform of the missle of that country.
Or something to that affect

i.e. the silo of whichever country can go up the missle of whichever country
