Why am I no longer a Premium member??? I was suppose to end on the 14th of Feb!

No idea. Here are the posibilities...

1) Premium has run out becuase a year has indeed passed since you purchased it...
2) Premium has been taken away becuase you have been convicted of cheating or abusing...
3) Lack messed up his end...

The solution... I would suggest you submit an e-ticket. E-tickets are found here (scroll down.)

Hopefully your e-ticket doesn't take longer to process than the amount of time until your premium should expire!

It looks like your Premium was purchased indeed over a year ago (2008-01-31).

buy back premium for this acc
and as shown by the egg/Ramned the mods will overlook your previous accounts
