I say divide the CC scoreboard into various clickable options:

1. NATO (the good guys), Warsaw Pact (the bad guys), The rest (where the hell is...?)

2. Continental

3. Democratic, Under One-Party Rule, Lawless

4. By dominant religions...

5. Areas gays can legally copulate, areas gays really, really can't.

6. 1st World, 2nd World, 3rd World...

7. English-speaking, Non-english speaking..

8. British Empire, French Empire, Dutch Empire etc (1918)

9. By national average life expectancy (78+, 75+ 72+ etc)

10. Sovereign nations, colonies...

If CC had put half as much effort into improving its scoreboard as it has producing streams of derivative maps, then we wouldn't have seen such a horrendous drop in membership over the past few years. Is it any coincidence that we have seen membership fall as the number of maps has increased, while the scoreboard has seen almost no improvement at all?

I don't think so.

Cc would benefit greatly from a player being able to say "I am the number 23 sequential player in the muslim world" or, and can't we all but dream of it, how about being the best Risk player in a country where gays happen to be tormented for the enjoyment of splashing fluids on other people with similar fluids?

I think at this point, the scoreboards are starting to sound like a funhouse.

DoomYoshi wrote:Mr. Changsha, it might be a better idea for you to ask the various Chinese, Taiwanese, etc. players if they prefer/don't care/don't want this change. It doesn't affect 99% of the players here. You see there are only 10 serious players, so if you can get 10 prefers/don't cares and no don't wants, I will pop this into [Submitted] regardless of the result of this poll.

So my current plan of challenging the leader of the Hong Kong faction to a one-off dubs on the Hong Kong map to determine sovereignty, is not the official, or the correct, way of going about this?

This may be one of my favorite posts ever in Suggestions. I lol'd

You should know the Chinese will eat anything. You lose ;)

Symmetry - ever thought of setting up your own web site where you can administer to your heart's content?

Sorry Sym, but this one was pretty good, too

And that pretty much describes what's going on here.

Meh I found the wording odd. What is the poster's relationship with China? Surely they don't administer him?

As noted in the help section (question 6): https://www.conquerclub.com/eticket/index.php

And previously in this suggestion: viewtopic.php?f=704&t=164852

CC has no control over the flags that are shown. So, rejected. Sorry Mr. C.

So who does? There you have it everyone, Hong Kong is not officially recognized by CC as a China province..Hong Kong is a new country according to CC.

Ok, so it's a flawed system. They consider Hong Kong a country :-$

Total number of countries: 251
Number of IP addresses per country:
HK Hong Kong 11,851,366
