Slow day is slow.
I think replacing thor is wishful thinking. The closer the game is to finishing, the least worth it (from the replacement perspective) it is to replace. And I'd say this game is very close to finishing.

I'd like to get MM's opinions, and whether TFO was actually notified that he was shot or was just going by Sam's word.

If we end the day without thor, can I send him a pm to remind him to send you any night action he might have (unless you want to do it)? I can cc you the mail as well.

EDIT - I have just been told that Bernie has been forum banned for a month. So I have contacted skoffin about replacing him.

Thinking back on it, there is a slight chance Sam could be scum. Both times he shot someone, there was only one body. He could have taken the scum kill N4 and killed KJ. That would require TFO covering him (pretending he's been shot N5). Therefore, for sam to be scum, TFO has to be too. I don't think it's likely, since Sam has a strong name claim and that would require a scum team of 5 members (though one that can't kill at night), but it's still a possibility. Therefore, I suggest we lynch TFO today, as there has to be at least one scum between pika and TFO. Hopefully MM has received the killing item, so we won't have to wait for thor to come back.

I do not really want to issue a deadline to move this game forward....

I'd rather have the game moving again as well as I'm leaving in less than a week for the two following weeks.
Not much I can do when other people aren't posting but I'll put my vote where my mouth is and Vote TFO for the reasons mentionned above. As with mitch, we see what his role is and we go from there. Unfortunately, I don't have strong opinions on who is scum between pika and TFO (though I'd lean slightly more on TFO being scum than pika)

Possibilities:
TFO is the only scum left: gg town
TFO is non-bulletproof scum: Sam is scum as well (because this implies Sam lied about being vig)
TFO is bulletproof scum: That's where the killing item could come in handy, but Sam is probably fine, especially if TFO's role doesn't mention him being notified about being hit.
TFO is bulleproof town: Sam is town, Pika is scum

Honestly scum bulletproof seem likely and I"m leaning more towards a scum busser for tfo's role. Don't know if we'll get a replacement so no point in waiting for them. I"ll put him at L-1 with Vote TFO

Thoughts:

So the setup I think worked well...The fizzle out of activity is/was quite annoying. Simply not enough of truly active players for this kind of game with little investigative/power roles. Combine with the kill order of certain players who push conversation and action didnt help.

As annoying as thor was/is he actually picked up roles and tells pretty well. For a first timer it wasnt so bad. Just needs to work on staying not banned.

LoVo thanks for the game. Though I think we have few really active players here.... maybe a game with less (active) players would be better?

Thanks for the game Lv. I think the issue is not the roles but the player base (or lack thereof). I don't think adding more investigative roles would add more to the activity of players. When there are few investigative roles, you can mostly go with what is said, so I would expect this does not inhibit discussion. It's likely there's just not enough players for big games (even if big games are fun, I'd rather have half the people than half of the town lurking).
btw, I don't think you should have given the opportunity to use the gifts the night they were given. I feel like they should have been processed at the end of the night like the rest since there was a jailor and someone with a roleblocking item (not that it had any impact, but still).
I don't get why mitch shot KJ D4 though. Surely he can understand it's better to shoot confirmed than unconfirmed town.

That puts me at a 100% win rate for all the games I've started so far (damn you, chess mafia )

I was literally the only person who was pushing him, I'd been suspicious of him for days and asking questions that he couldn't answer. I'd hoped people would pick up on my questions that he refused to answer but unfortunately no one did until it was far too late.

I think it's important to remember that I blocked the kill N1. So despite my misguided hunt for MM, I'm actually the best player in the world
