It looks like the "Overall" stats go all the way back to when I joined... is this true? Do you really still have records of every dice roll all of us have ever made? Is there a way to get the stats for a single game? And just for a challenge (and so I can keep complaining ) how about a single round of a game?

The Dice Stats were starting to be recorded and stored a couple of months ago I think.

As for stats of a single game, if it is a recent game, you can access it by comparing your opponents and you. But once it moves out of your 'recentness' it gets added to the Overall data. There is just too much information to make it completely feasible store every dice roll on Conquer Club (think, at any given time, we have 20k active users, with 20k active games---imagine how many dice rolls that is!) but this tool allows you to get recent snapshots (which you can store, or someone may right a tool to store), and the overall Dice History.

Finding Tournament Games

The huge tournament picklist in the Game Finder had to go. It make it very difficult to select a tournament and added hundreds of kilobytes to the page! Now you can type in part of the tournament name to find matching games. We also added a handy [find games] link to the on the Tournament Finder so you can get tournamnet games from that route as well.

you've made it worse. game finder is useless now.

if i type in a partial for the tournament i want it will give me the games from every tournament ever to have that partial in the name.

if i search for games via the tournament tab then i get every game for that tournament.

at least the old game finder allowed me to choose which tournament from the partial name i wanted before displaying the results. bring that back.

Look at your last 25 recent rolls though:

Very nice update and I like it, nice stats collector/shower and thanks ...

But 2 things I don't like:

1. Facebook like on top of each page takes a few seconds longer than rest of page to load. Pages get loaded impatiently but that little like box takes a few seconds and is annoying ...
It could be nice if it was only on homepage, not every page ...

2. Also blinking red NEW is on my nerve, it does not allow me to focus on my games, it could be so nice if it be only a red NEW text in place of blinking ...

You can do this, can't you, via the Tournament Finder? In the Tournaments Tab, in the Tournament Finder, you can use the partial to find all tournaments that match your entry, and then you can select the games you want, via the [Find Games] for the Tournament.

I completely disagree. The new searching system is far more intuitive and easier on the eyes. I would encourage greenoaks to be more exact with his search parameters.

i typed in best. i have 5 tournaments starting with that.

4 of mine will have 360 games. the other will have 570 games. the prior way i could select which tourney and what player, whether i wanted active, finalised or waiting, what round, etc

the tournament tab allows me to select which tournament but not any criteria
the game finder allows me to select the criteria but not which tournament

Try checking the "waiting for players" checkbox.

an incredible addition that addresses the most common complaint on these boards (not one of mine, btw)...hopefully, it shows people that in the end the dice more or less even out, but I'm sure complainers will still skew the #s in some way to make their gripe "valid" in their mind.

It is fun to check it out...the last five games feature shows just how streaky the dice can be.

Ironically, it appears the dice have actually been working slightly against me. lol

My overall numbers are flat while my opponents have a 1%(also ironic since I used that value in an example) edge.

In battle outcomes there is significant(expected) variance in the small numbers but my main assault numbers are -1%.

This being ironic since I always assumed the dice balanced out over the long run but so far mine haven't yet. lol

Btw it might be obvious but I'm missing something... how do you get a 1v1 battle? lol

I think it has to do with the dice being thrown instead of the armies attacking.
So basically a 1v1 is when you actually attack with 2 armies vs 1 where each side throws 1 die.
2v2 is 3arm vs 2, and 3v2 is 4+arm vs 2+

good addition this My Dice Stats....only issue I have is it shows me at -58% for attacks and an overall total of -14%... which is a true reflection of my stinking luck in this game...
