Our forum has always been a vibrant community and is a place enjoyed by many individuals. As we've all seen, participating in and interacting with such a community is an interesting experience and a well-rounded group of volunteers is necessary to keep the gears of turning and churning in the proper way. We have a superb group of volunteers, but our community is a very active one and thus we must expand the team.
Previously we followed a policy of nominations and quiet scouting, but we've outgrown that approach and are turning over a new leaf to find individuals with both the motivation and the time to keep our community clean, fresh, positive, and exciting. As of today we are now accepting direct applications to join TeamCC. You no longer need to wait for us to come and find you. If you think you fit the bill and can be an asset then please follow the instructions below to let your interest be known. However, keep in mind that applications will be carefully assessed. If you are not chosen to join the team now it does not mean you won't be in the future.
Who are we looking for? A good team candidate will embody the following characteristics:
- Leadership
Good grammar (spelling, punctuation, capitalization, etc)
Positive personality
Level-headedness
High level of forum activity (across multiple forums)
High level of community involvement (games, forum games, tournaments, clans, etc)
Self-motivated
Critical thinking skills
Ability to dedicate an adequate amount of time to the position
However, if you fit any of the following you will likely not be considered as a candidate:
- Extensive disciplinary history
Substantial cheating and/or abuse history
Less than 6 months of membership
Less than 250 forum posts
