Looking at Jak's infection game, I wont vote on someone just because their name is not on the page as Jak can make up character names to mess with us if we're trying to play the mod.

Have you read anything I've posted? How about I direct your attention to something I posted in response to shaggy and samgrossy when they skimmed and didn't read my response to a post by hippo:

uhhh... I did explain my vote:

from Day 3:

samgrossy wrote:I am not sure if this is going to get anywhere, but there have been alot of people on the "inactive" side of this. Which either means they can't talk, or aren't playing along. For example, I know that Chuck voted me D1, and has said a peep since.

I find this statement rather odd. To me it implies some sort of inside info that only scum would know. vote samgrossy

from earlier today:
thechuck51 wrote:Well I was given these names as a result of my inspections and as I got each one I searched the Halo Wiki and got the same stuff you found, none of which I found useful. And to be honest role name's do not appear to be a good way to determine mafia or town but It is not samgrossy's role name that tell me he is scum.

Think about how people respond in game when players are inactive. Usually people ask where he/she is and if the mod can prod or replace them for inactivity. How many times do people assume right away that they are prevented from posting? If you can honestly say that it happens often then go ahead and vote me but to me it shows that he knows something the rest of us (at least the rest of the town) don't.

My vote has NOTHING to do with samgrossy's name. Can I make it any clearer than that?

The lights flashed by him as he ran. Two of his brothers and sisters have fallen on this ship, he wasn't about to join them just yet. Behind him hundreds of marines chased him, guns raised, all ready to fire. The door in front of him started to close. A bullet whizzed through his ankle and his head came down right at the closing point... The last thing he saw was the 5 ton blast door closing in on him... Without his armour on he was powerless against the behemoth door. *Crack*
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Upon searching the body the sergeant found the man's holo tags.
"Oh no... report it to the bridge corporal.. we just killed another Spartan"

Phillip, Town JOAT and Partial Mason (X-Radier) INFECTED has been killed.

Night 4 starts. 48 hours boys.

(Sorry for the late reply.. without going into much detail my activity yesterday wasn't enough to write the scene because I was getting sick.... Also, would have had it up this morning but had to clean out my old room for most of the day mid way through writing this, so sorry it's not the finest scene I've done but the lynches aren't my strong point).

No... she thought as she repeatedly tried to shoot her gun at the intruders... not like this.... The intruders held her down, pinning her to the floor as one of them lined his silenced M6G pistol level with her head.
*Bang*
Her lifeless body dropped to the floor as the ones holding her let him go. The figures quietly left the scene as quietly as they had come in.

One of the doctor's found her. Shot in the head at the medical bay. A co-worker she was.

Doctor Isabelle, Town Doctor (LSU Tiger Josh) has been killed.

Silence, oh beautiful silence, but there were three men in the room. One was noticed as Zimmah. The other two are unknown. One makes a grab for something in his pocket. A cloth and a bottle of liquid. As he poured the liquid into the cloth, the other made the room's holographic simulator play. Zimmah disappeared as another figure stood in his place. The man with the cloth put the cloth over the new intruder's mouth, hushing him down to the ground as he fell asleep. The man moved out of the room as the one who had switched Zimmah and the new character watched it all happen. Only knowing the two who had been switched.

Chuck was spotted in the men's bathrooms. Banging on the bathroom stall screaming to be let out. No one could hear him scream as he tried every trick in the book to escape. After a few hours of trying he gave up and sat on the toilet seat... waiting for help to arrive in the morning

Day 5 Begins. With 12 alive, it takes 7 to lynch!

(With school starting up soon I should be on a tighter schedule.. While that's bad news for most, for me it means I can actually plan things out and have things done instead of random things popping up here and there. Sorry for the delay, I have my reasons, but best for it not to be heard XD I'm not a glowing white anymore though! But atm, moving my shoulders past 90degrees upwards hurts like a bish!)

No deadline set (Don't think I'm gonna bother with deadlines now unless people really get into an inactive jam).

@ Zimmah - do you know anything?

@ Everywhere - what did you do last night?

@ Busdriver - may be time to at least give us some information, town is struggling here!

Nope, I don't really know whats going on either. Seems like I was bus driven.

All those night scenes are so full of events and many persons involved, it's hard to get an idea of what's happening.

I wonder what happened with chuck btw. He's still alive right?

I think the scene is suggesting a body guard, not a bus drive. My reasoning for this is that someone willingly stood in his place instead of being switched by the guy who activated the simulator. Just quick thoughts, but I must go now.

I targetted chuck for a kill last night, but obviously it didn't go through. Reasoning: pushing a weak case on Samgrossy hard despite their being other avenues for discussion. Plus I had to target someone for a kill and I didn't trust him. I'm not sure what the flavour indicates, jailkept to protect against my kill on him plus being roleblocked? Or since my kills haven't actually gone through last night or the night before perhaps my sanity as far as actions is warped? In any case, I've now used up all my actions and have nothing left in the way of night actions.

As for my tracking and roleblocking results; I will reveal it before the day ends. For now I think it may be handy to have up my sleeve to see if anyone fakeclaims actions. If people expressedly want me to out them I'll do so.

As for today; @Chuck: Is your only reasoning for voting samgrossy the "silencing"theory you quoted a few pages back... because if so; it seems like a very weak reason (admittedly; I don't have any better leads to present so a bit of pressure can't hurt).

Anybody have anything else to add?

So now that I have pressure (remember I already claimed a day ago), I wanted to address Chuck's reason for putting me under the gun and why its bogus. This requires me explaining my history in mafia, which is outside this game, but is relevant to my defense.

My first Mafia game ever was Mad Men Mafia, which was a standard game, normal roles, not much out of the ordinary. I replaced into that game. After I realized that I really liked mafia, I replaced into another game (which is still ongoing with some of you) called Too Many Items Mafia, where the roles were all flavor (it seems) and there were even items that could do things. Again I thought it was very cool. One of the items in this Mafia game was an item that was used to silence people.

Then I signed up for this mafia game. Being so new to mafia, I had no idea that silencing and people being silenced was a rare occurance. Being that it happened in my second game, I just thought it was par for the course, something that regularly happened. And why then, if I thought it was par for the course, ask the Mad to prod someone?

So all in all, the case against me is weak. It is based Chuck calling me out by name and proposing some flimsy case against me. Now it seems that there is a wagon forming on me, and for now reason. I think that we (the town) are weak, and now the scum are buddying up and wagoning on some sort plan.

All this to say that I think that Chuck is scummy and has been acting very scummy for three days. The best thing does is provide us with people that are buddying with him.

And since when does this post (a vote with no explanation) seem normal?

Are we back to the day that chuck could only vote? Is everywhere silenced? Or maybe I should ask the mod to prod everywhere before I make this post, huh chuck. Dumb.

At least give some sort of reason if you can. If I could vote twice, I would vote Everywhere as well.

Nicely said sam. That's the sort of stuff that seasoned souls could learn a lot from. I felt the case was weak but I was interested in what you'd have to say. So, it seems only fair to throw the pressure from whence it came and (as you asay) maybe that'll help flush the scum out ... unvote cote chuck
