Chuck, you have failed to abide by your warning from last time, you know what this is for. Modkill coming up sometime tomorrow, Chuck is restricted from posting.

PM me if you really have a problem with this Chuck, but you overstepped your limit one too many times. I warned you about it once and that should have been enough.

Two modkills in one game?!?! I'm adding this to my "this must be normal" list, along with silencing of players.

It's not normal, I'm a bastard when it comes to modding, if I put something in the rules or I give someone a set of rules to follow and they break them, they are punished. Punishment will ensure others know I'm dead serious about the rules in place and that the rules will be followed. The results of not posting votes in blue or bold (which I removed because it was too harsh and CAUSED a death over anything) was followed the next day pretty well until I pointed out that I removed that rule.

Maybe my next game I'll lighten up in some areas, but for this game I'm a strict bastard, and if I give someone a warning they better abide by it. My patience runs low when they don't. If someone is unsure about something they say breaking the rules, it is in the rules to contact me about it. So use this as a lesson Sam, if you're thinking of saying something in a game, you're not sure of the mod too much or how he mods, and you want to know if you're breaking the rules, contact him or her before making the post.

I am sorry to those who are being affected by these mod kills, but if I let you get away with these simple rules, which controversial ones will I have to let by?

actually, modkills are quite rare, don't really know why this game is the exception to the rule.

Oh well, at the very least we'll be able to see what he flips. I doubt he'd intentionally put forward such a weak case so if he flips a town cop role it may have some bearing to follow.

Also, @Everywhere; if you are able to post please do so. Just voting and following with no comment doesn't really strike me as suspiscious (doubt scum would intentionally draw attention to themselves like that), but it definitely isn't helpful.

Failing any other sort of case, I don't believe the claim of vanilla survivor with so many other hectic roles. Seems underpowered and unbalanced. I'd be happy to vote on that reason alone at this stage (plus a survivor is probably more of a dangerous wild card with how we've been losing town as of late, they could easily jump ship even if the claim is to be believed).

When morning came, Chuck was let out of the bathroom stalls, but not by a face that he wanted to see.
"You've failed your contract" A man slips him a note.
Opening it up, Chuck looks at the words scribbled on the note with horror before looking up and down the barrel of a gun...

Gordon, Town Inspector (thechuck51) has been modkilled.

(I'll have to check after the game or whenever someone dies that knows a bit more about different kills so I can put in a better sounding kill than this. It's a modkill, yet it's not a modkill, that's all I'll say about it for now).

With 11 alive, it takes 6 to lynch, vote count coming in a bit.

Yep, I changed it with an unvote (actually did it twice due to mispell) so I'm back to considering where to go from here. I'd like it if all you silent ones spoke up. Indeed, I'd be delighted if mods started mod-killing for non-activity. You can never be bastard enough in my book!

If all sam is claiming is a third party survivor role, that's pretty easy to fake and chuck flipping cop does lend more weight to his accusations. Regardless, if sam is telling the truth, we won't have lost much and it prevents him siding with scum at endgame.

Is that all you have to say to defend yourself? No name, no night actions, nothing? That seems a little out of character for you. Its funny because you are quite experienced as far as I know, at least more then me, and yet you forget what people want in a claim? Why don't you tell us more about your character, because I am quite prepared to five my actions, and they won't be pretty. At least not for the mafia. If I were to give last night's action it would be enough to prove I'm at least town.

VERY odd timing on this. We've got a perfectly fine lead, and NOW you decide to pull this out? Especially considering you already posted today (a post of similar length, so don't pull any "I was in a hurry" crap).

You yourself even suggested that we might have a bodyguard. Today.

I think the scene is suggesting a body guard, not a bus drive. My reasoning for this is that someone willingly stood in his place instead of being switched by the guy who activated the simulator.

I'd rather lynch sam atm, but I'm not opposed to your lynch, and if he flips scum, you're next.

Don't have a name or anything, lost pm a long time ago. N1 didn't protect anyone as I still hadn't read the game. N2 until last night I protected safariguy since he was cleared by our cop.

I think this is a case of either cult or mafia realizing they are close to the victory and trying a LYLO shenanigans. I will deal with this more later. Some first questions:

a)what is the source of this gift?
b) do we know it is accurate, or are you just lying?

c) you say it is not pretty for mafia. By this I assume you mean that you know who mafia is for whatever reason. Since you haven't disclosed this information, it means you are not pro-town. As pcm pointed out, the timing is odd. My bet is either that you are the cult leader and sam is important to you, or that sam is the cult leader and you are trying to protect him. My guess is that the source of this info is due to a mafia member being recruited. So my advice to the mafia: now is the time to bus your partners as they are probably already recruited.

To those other townies left (I fear not many): I am uninfected and I am a bodyguard. We are most likely at LYLO (probably 2-3 mafia left and probably a cult with 5 members that wins after right now. I am going to assume that pcm is not infected, and that sam is important to the cult.

You guys are making a big mistake.

Let me defend myself just one last time. I hope this makes sense. All of this doesn't matter if Chuck flipped town, because even the best players can make crap decisions.

Chuck's full case against me was based on one thing - knowing that someone was silenced. He even got modkilled because of breaking the rules about it. Until the modkill, you were all on the side of "That argument is flimsy at best" And some of you even voted for Chuck because of it. Actually, more of you were voting him than me.

So Now that Chuck flipped town, his argument holds more merit? I don't think so. He knew my name. Hde still built his case on one thing I said, and I have explained it. But his case still DOESN'T HOLD ANY MORE MERIT than it did before he flipped town. Remember, town is struggling here and I am aligned AGAINST mafia, and I WANT TO LYNCH MAFIA. So, lynching me gets none of us any closer to victory, and actually puts us all closer to LyLo. Something we don't want.

So here is what I think... Since Everybody is silenced in the way that Chuck was, let's assume that there actually is a Mafia Silencer of some sort and the Everybody is town.

So, pancake is leading the charge on find legitimate cases, and his case right now is on me, but has suspicions on new guy1. And In my limited experience, Mafia doesn't really lead the charge too much, at least in this stage.

So what I am going to do is go back into the record and find a case against someone. Something I think we all should do if we are going to win this thing.
