You're really making yourself look suspicious. I'm already pretty much proven Town, and the plan you mention is stupid. They are obviously lying, but you are grasping at any and all straws to avoid voting for them and get me killed.

Zimmah is like 90% cleared due to the investigation / accidentally got. Saying he is suspicious just causes you saying people are suspicious to become a meaningless statement. (You say it too much to be right any amount of the time greater that pure chance.)

If the rules were not changed, then Iron can't have chosen to give the walkie-talkie to Spiesr.

As Iron pointed out before, you never gave your item to the next player, so I think you may not have all the information about how exactly it is passed. Neither do I at the moment, but I'll take Iron Butterfly's word for it.

Even if / did in fact get an investigation result, we have no way of being certain she is telling the truth about who the result was on or what the result actually was. Even if she is, we can't be certain that result was accurate.

As I have said several times, even before you made your claim, the host told me that we could only choose which of the two holders would give up their item, NOT who would receive it. And since the host has confirmed nothing was changed, that means Iron is lying about giving the item to you. And again, that is not the only issue. Both you and her have gotten a lot of things wrong, and if you and Pershy really had the walkie-talkies, you would not still be talking to us, since you broke one of the big rules of the item.

One more reason I want to pressure you is because you have no item, I find that odd, considering that so far we can deduce most roles are vanilla townies with items, to not have an item insinuates your role is different from the norm, perhaps even scum.

Mine was likely taken from me via some role, so if you didn't do anything, odds are Iron did.

You claim to have the item, and yet, the evidence shows otherwise. You guys have no concept of how it works or the restrictions. And you broke one of the biggest ones, as did Spiesr, yet neither of you have been modkilled.

For days now I've been wondering at your logic, trying to figure what it is that is out there in the open but not picked up. The penny has finally dropped.

You say others would be mod killed by saying they had the WT. They have not been mod-killed.

But then again, you have also said that you have had the WT. You have not been mod killed.

Now, assuming you are telling the truth that you were not allowed to mention the WT on day one then whoever had the other WT was probably told the same thing.

But day one is over.

It's now day three.

Obviously the restriction was just for day one, to give the WT a surprise additional value for that day.

And that day only.

The mod has said there is no inconsistency.

Yomiel, please go back and re-read your initial restrictions on the WT. Indeed, I challenge you to place the EXACT wording here. I am sure you will find no inconsistency in the mod's decision.

After all, you have now condfirmed you had the WT and you are not mod-killed!

OK - here's my problem

Yomiel is mainly after hippo, spiesr or Epi. These 3 players are players I trust, Hippo because of his investigative posts, spiesr because of things he's told me via radio chat and Epi because I checked him out and he had no item.

This would normally make me suspicious of Yomiel - but he voted Vodean (penultimate vote I think) and he started with a walki talkie which I think is a sign of being town. There was a case on D1 against Yomiel and Vodean said that it wasn't much of a case so that's suspicious - but in my mind Yomiel is pretty much cleared and the players that Yom suspects are also pretty much cleared as town in my opinion. I could be wrong - e.g. maybe Epi had a weaon that was stolen or something like that. Did you start with an item Epi? Why would Epi not have an item? Hmm. Oh and Yomiel FOSES IB a lot but as I said I had radio chat with IB and he was all for lynching Vodean and was silenced so to me he's proven town too.

So I think there should be more focus on other players.

/ has cleared Zim. For now I am going to believe this as I said - so if we take this to be true then that leaves
Dazza (who has my vote and we know nothing of him as he's been inactive
Something7clever - then Shield now Campin K - this role has had 3 players so difficult to get a fix on it. Some things that Shield said have raised suspicion
and jonty 125 - has also been inactive

Yomiel - don't you think one of these guys deserves some attention? I admire that you've been going after the others, but I think you are mistaken in your suspicions for reasons mentioned although I can't be 100% sure. You came to my attention because of your FOSES but I think you are townie as Spiesr has said. My vote would be to lynch Daz or Jonty personally.....if jonty is being replaced though we can wait.

I repeat that I think Spiesr, IB, Hipster and Epi are all v likely to be town. IB was probably silenced by a mafia silencer (unless he made that up which would be very clever....I don't think so though).

I think I was pretty clear that it wasn't the ax... Anyway, the host told me I can say, and it was a walkie-talkie. One half of the item would get passed around, and we would get to decide who lost their half. But we're not allowed to say who we are or what our role is on it, and if we try to say something that hints at either, the host removes it. So, we both pretty much ignored it. There wasn't any upside to having it under those conditions.

My interpretation of the walkie talkie deal. Based on Yomiel's claim it appears that: Yomiel and Nebuchadnezzar both had a walkie talkie item. This item allowed them some form of limited communication. (From the sound of it, it seems as if their messages had to be sent through the mod.) Yomiel is claiming a lot of restrictions on what you could say with it, which in my opinion severely hamper the potential usefulness. Additionally, he says that the owners of these items could choose to voluntarily give up their item, passing it to another player. (Yomiel, if you gave up the walkie talkie could you choose you got it next, or was it "random.")
One thing to keep in mind about all of this, is that this claim itself doesn't clear Yomiel as being town. There isn't any reason why an owner of this pseudo mason item couldn't be scum.

And note that again hippo is caught being suspicious by me, trying to use my item, just like now:

We couldn't choose-we had to give it up. All we got to pick was who gave theirs up. We couldn't both keep them, and we couldn't choose who it got passed on to. And I myself said that the item was essentially useless because of the restrictions. On top of my role, it kind of hampered my enjoyment. I kind of wish I had been Mafia.@_@ But I'm not. And I've been to inactive to plot much of anything these past few days. Still not on my normal computer, and it's thrown me off.

I'm casting my suspicion on hippo, who is clearly trying to twist facts for some reason. I don't see how my item or it's disappearance could be a red herring.

I was afraid to even say I had it upon losing it, because she never said that you could talk about it then. But she PMed me and said I could. To repeat, you can say you had the item AFTER you've lost it, but not while you have it, since it's supposed to be hard for you to figure out who you are talking to. Same goes for the other person with the item.

You ask for the EXACT wording, when it was already posted. You have been seriously skimming. You know who does that? Mafia that doesn't need to look for who is suspicious, because they already know who the Mafia is.

Wait, you admitted that Neb was going to pass on his Walkie Talkie before he died. So, shouldn't someone have received it? If we are lying about having the item whoever really does have it should be backing you up somewhat on this issue. Since nobody is, you must be wrong. Your theory would require both Walkie Talkies to no longer exist at all.

Some people would never support me, even if it meant possibly damaging the game. Also, who knows what happened to either item. They both could be destroyed, for all I know. Neb's might have been ended along with him, and who knows about mine. If there is one still out there, it could be in the hands of the Mafia or a third party. All I do know, is that neither you nor Pershy has one, and you two and Iron have lied repeatedly regarding the item.
