If this isn't a secret alliance the least Jan could do is put Switchfoot on ignore (the same goes for any other Dutch player that Switchfoot is inadvertently helping to win).

I remember Switch from a while back. He got to the old ranking of Colonel and then dissappeared for a while. He used to be a great player. Now he just sucks. Strange.
Conquer Club is a fun web site, wouldn't you agree? [Say you do, thanks. ] We all like to enjoy the large selection of game styles and types, and we all expect fair and honest play from our competitors. And most generally, the fine users of Conquer Club are indeed passionate players with upright gamesmanship and attitude. But when one person starts to drift towards that Wicked West, away from honest and fair play, that one person can easily ruin a game or games with any large number of people. One person's impact can be broad and reaching, and detrimental. The Twister of Oz if I may. So lets keep all that in our minds...as we continue on down this yellowbrick post.

In addition to Switchfoot, due to Hatta76's smaller role of participation, we are BLOCKING : Hatta76, Switchfoot, and Jan1976 from playing together.
Furthermore, due to the substantial point gain from at least 12 Assassin Games, of over 1000 points, we are issuing a SCORE RESET to 1000 for Jan1976.

So despite all of the 'i'm innocent' and the usual backing from a number of sources, the admins have done there usual excellent and carefull job and come to the correct decission. Hatta can consider himself very fortunate.
I hope that all the other minor players connected in this sordid little ring will now play fair.

why would we reset a score if the membership was inactivated? I hope we are not letting this player join for a 3rd time so he can abuse the site again.

this totally sucks...you guys have tarred and feathered me with the same brush of that of Jan...all i did was start a 3 player game that 2 other players joined...Jan and i both attacked the highest ranking player (freestyle btw) ...i did that in the hopes of killing him in the US side of the arms map...
just because 1 player decides to deadbeat, does not mean that there is a secret alliance....i hope that you guys have more proof to substantiate this defamation of my playing persona....tha just the bitching words of a disgruntles Shinto....
this just goes to show that any player who is disgruntaled at being beaten by a substantially lower ranked player(hence losing lots of points) can have a whinge about cheating....with dire consequences...
Further...this goes to show that KNOWN CHEATS such as Jan can infect the playing of other players....and therefore they need to have more serious consequences...
I have not been active in the forum, and was not aware of th stigma attached to having Jan join a game...if i had have...i woyuld have foed here...this 1 game has effected my reputation on here and branded me a cheat...this will in effect cause other players to Foe me and not play me...which is totally unfair as i am innocent...
all the proof and info that people have added here about switchfoot and jan seems realistic as proof...but no one can substantiate that with me...ESPECIALLY BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENED...i have only played 9 non assassin games with Jan, and at no time have we "teamed up"
I HAVE NEVER HELPED ANOTHER PLAYER WIN A GAME, NOR HAVE I ASKED THEM TO WIN FOR ME...i have not taken out other targets to help win assassin games...
i have played a lot of games with jan as it seems because of playing assassin games...however there are many of us that love assassin games due to the points that can be won...my love of assassn games is evident in the fact that i have created a comp dedicated to 8 player doodle assassin games....but this too isnt proof that i have co-erced or helped Jan or vise versa...
most of this forum thread has been about Jan and switchfoot...for which i can understand....but where is the proof against me...
