How is this guy still allowed to play on CC? He is clearly a multi, has already been proven to be one and now he gets to start fresh with a new account? Every game he has up is a farming game.

He just checks players that have low rank/are new to site but play like they've been here before. Pretty easy to tell on freestyle.

So you can cheat with multiple accounts and then pay for premium using a freemium account with your highest rank and it is ok? Is that what I am reading here?

So what is the point on us taking the time to report who we suspect? There is no reprocussions to them. They just get a slap on the wrist and told not to do it again.
By us reporting them, its just making it easier for CC to get rich, $25 bucks at a time.

CC: "Help us throw these criminals behind bars! Report a multi today."
CC: " What you did is bad, Its against the CC laws and you should be punished. Got $25 bucks?
Offender: "Yeah..."
CC: " Gimme that. Thank you from CC. Now out you go. Just don't do it again..."
Offender: " Yeah, ok..."

The system definitely has flaws in it, but it would appear that things won't change. Meh. If they really wanted to deter people from doing it, they would charge the offenders more than $25 bucks to rejoin. say $100 bucks.
