The 15th of October maxatstuy had came onto chat being abusive to me. James had gave him a 24 hour ban.. So he then logged onto his brothers account, elistuy, andPaddy the Cats account to get around the ban to harass me.. continuing in private rooms when he was kicked from social. I had only opened one room and saw it was him, them just closed then from then on. I hadn’t taken any screen shots, or copy and pasted, as I was trying to ignore him. Surely this is not acceptable behavior.. logging onto other accounts to get around a ban?

the world doesnt revolve around you tisha, I logged onto my brothers account ONCE, and that was because a 24hr ban was continuing past the 25th hour. I was banned on that account for 24hrs as well, but I wasnt using any other accounts and I already spoke to Herakilla about that case the day of the incident. Wanting attention isnt a good enough reason to start a thread. Sorry to disillusion you, but I never spoke on any other accounts of than my own, and on my brothers that one day.

Admitting to logging onto your brother's account is abusing account sitting rules. You also logged into Paddy The Cat's account without his knowledge I'm sure. Even so, perhaps it's time for him to be accountable as well for allowing you his password.

My guess is, there is no so called "brother", and his farming thing is just him asking all his buddies from school to join, than , have them tell him their pass, and continue to get his bogus rank.

Actually, that is not what happened at all. First of all, it was a week earlier than you stated, the day after the first ban. 25hrs after the ban took place live chat still wasnt showing up so I asked my brother and he said that I could go on to find out what was happening, and it didnt matter to him because he barely uses the account anymore. I made it clear I was maxatstuy and announced it in chat and then said a few things and was banned from that account. I went onto my account where the live chat started up again, slightly more than 25hrs after I got the pm saying I was banned, and when I went on I was banned because I used my brothers account. Talking to Herakilla, he explained the situation that you get an automatic ban just by going on another persons account to circumnavigate it. I never used Paddys account to chat and I dont know when you are referring to that I did.

That was a very old accusation which was put down quite simply by Ink who knows both, my brother and I, personally.

There is actually nothing against the rules about logging onto other peoples accounts and it isnt even an abuse of your privileges as long as you dont start games, post, break the rules, or do something to their account without their permission.
Enough will be enough when I start cheating or breaking the rules...that is probably the most logical time for it to be enough.
Talking in Live Chat on my brothers account when I should have been allowed to talk on my own may be against the rules, but I received a ban as a result.

Try justifying my high rank however you like, I couldnt care less. I only know three people on conquer club from real life and I have only played one of them if you dont include the two games I played against my brother when I was a noob. I find it amusing that you would honestly think I would jeopardize having my score reset by having people throw me games, but if it makes you feel any better that I outrank you 400%, then sure, think whatever you want. I play noobs that I believe will deadbeat; its far within the rules and I dont see how any loop-holes have to do with my score
Its different for people like scott who have made their score off of one person throwing them 3700 points, but when it takes hours to find a single game worth 4 points, and yet I have managed to amass 4700, winning 4 points and risking 3700 by having my score reset isnt worth the risk

Well let me make something clear....we are not multi's. Megadeth666 is in CANADA and I am in the USA so it would be kind of difficult. And I don't appreciate being accused of cheating so back off! You got something to say to him-say it to him...leave me out of it.
maxatstuy, let this serve as a warning for you not to enter another person's account just so you can get around a chat ban or for any form of ban for that matter. If the ban time has already exceeded, you can contact any of the moderators or the admin regarding it. Logging in to a place where you are currently banned by using another account, with or without permission from the owner, is not permitted. Do NOT repeat this again or we may have to bust both accounts regardless.
Raise your hand who ever thinks that playing only against "question marks" or cooks (sgl or dbl) does not give you any real credibility on this site..?

meaning the accounts he has access too on his IP
or
