The accused is:

Derailing forum topics, intentionally being annoying.

Forum threads to review:

Here he disagrees with me, which is fine. He then proceeds to throw in how I cheated in the past. Further-more, he attempts to bait me into flaming him. This is a pattern in his responses to my posts. As this thread proceeds it becomes increasingly off topic, and my suggestion is now likely to be ignored by alot of distracted people.

the first thing he said was an attempt at a flame...not in the right forum. Being annoying.

Comments: If the above information isn't enough to at least get him a formal warning from one of the moderators then I will continue to post each thread he spams of mine as I am sure it will continue otherwise. He has also been sending me PMs. Foe-ing him, though it ignores him, does not stop this issue obviously.

I do know that community guidelines basically say: Do not be intentionally annoying, and do not place flame baits in other forums. He is breaking these ground rules. "If you have nothing to CONTRIBUTE PROPERLY to the thread then DON'T POST!"

multi. i disagree with you and outline why i disagree with you, sighting CC's own rules. this is not abuse. i then state that since you are a busted multi with experience, you should know how to deal with turn missers. this is factual. you are a busted multi with experience. funny that a user that was unable to follow the first rule of CC is now running around trying to enforce the rules of CC, when he doesn't even understand the rules of CC. your problem is, you don't like people that are smarter than you, showing the holes in your suggestions. the black jesus has spoken...-0

Let me point out, before someone gets misguided, that I have not sent any PMs to him of rude nature. "Please keep pm'ing me..." I have PM'd him ONCE on this topic, he replied with flames, and I have not sent anything back.

Also you should note YET again he is attempting to get me angry and flame back by pressing his annoying case that I am a cheater. This is the crap I'm talking about and he now continues it via PMs (spamming my inbox.)

Ramned (the egg) you are a cheater, period. what is the issue? why are you deraling this wonderful thread about my thinking your ideas are horrendous? again, i stated why each of your ideas was flawed, sighting CC's rules and verbiage, far from breaking any rule. disagreeing with you is not against the rules. and for those that may not know who you truly are, they should read this thread or do a search for any of the threads Ramned:

This rule is pretty clear, and should get a warning for sure

Don't be intentionally annoying!

Common sense prevails - if you are intentionally or continually making this community less enjoyable for others, you're going to be removed from it. It's that simple. This applies to any part of the site where interaction takes place; in Forums, Private Messages, Live Chat and Game Chat.

You do more than "sight" the rules. You intentionally flame me. You send spam PM's and you get my suggestions way off topic. You can't let the issues go, you post in every single post you have made regarding my posts and topics some detail flaming me about being a cheater. I.E. you are being annoying and a pest. I'm very confident you will receive a warning.
