New classic - best spots?

Postby Craze_b0i on Tue Jan 19, 2010 5:33 pm

I was never played many games on old classic, and the new classic with its curvy airline-style routes still confuses me. My question is what are the best spots (Asia and NA) to build your stack?

*perhaps you can update this on the sticky thread

OK the best spots are still N4 and A1 with fall back to N5 and A2. The analysis hasn't changed and we got the A1... etc markings so we could follow easily to the new map. So the first four moves are still the same. Once you get over the air sickness from the new map, it will make sense.

Yeh but where are they on the map? I played old classic a few times but never memorised the spot numbers by location.

Next to the name of the city you'll still see the letter-number of that location (i.e. A1 Dubai and N4 Chicago)

OK, you should be able to see them now. I had to add you to the general SoC forum.

See them where?

But no matter, jello has answered my question. n4 = chicago. a1 = dubai.

How do I get this Letter/Number business? My biggest problem so far has been not realizing which countries can or cant attack others . So I'm leaving guys in spots I later find out I didn't need to.

OK, you should see them now, and you can see the general society of cook forum -- if you want to get lessons watch for the new class notice by Wacicha and post that you want to join.

Do you mean on the actual map? In which case no I don't see them.

As I said in my original post why not just update the names on the sticky threads? http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=341&t=78101 *See 2nd turn.
