our game 4104760 got stuck once a player eliminated another and collected a total of 7 cards.

Normally, you'd have to cash in 3 cards immediately..it didn't happen.
The player is still in his turn ("play") but the time shows an overall timne (22.31 hours remaining). :-s

Can you check this XML procedure ?

EDIT: it's ok..the player went away for a phone call.
Then the only weird thing is the timer that didn't show the one hour player limit, but the overall 24 hour limit...

The one-hour limit only shows for the player taking the turn, not the opponents.

Well i must say that these map working good(expecialy for tripples,quads-people love to play these settings), not to good for 1vs1, but 110 territory to be playabile for these setting-very hard.
I think that can go out of beta stage ;)

I might be being a bit too picky on this one, but maybe change the title to WWII Mainland Europe (or something like that). You're kind of ignoring the European Mediterranean conflict with that title.

I've already PM'd the big boys about this map being ready to lose the BETA tag - sometimes lack & co. like to do things in batches, and sometimes they just get busy. This map hasn't had any changes proposed, so it's safe - and usually the changes that are made are little more than corrections and clarifications.

1,000th post. (I had to)

To give this some value, this map is great for huge games, and I love it!

BOB is reporting an XML error in WWII Europe. All it will tell me is that the map inspect and the text map are off.

This may be a BOB issue, also being bugged there.

So I have no real confidence that what I'm about to propose will actually get done, given that the map's been out of beta for months, but it's small, so who knows?

I really like the map, it's great for quads, but one of the problems is that with 8p it has a first-mover advantage, as everyone gets 12 starting terits. However, with the 7 starting neutrals, that leaves 7 more terits that have to start neutral. I propose that L2 (Leningrad) become a normal starting terit rather than a neutral. This will have the advantage of having everyone start with 13 terits, making it harder for the first player to gain an advantage. Also, it would free up the Karelia terit, which now languishes behind a neutral 3, destined to be the last terit killed at the end of a game.

A change of starting neutrals would have no impact on games in progress, so this would be a relatively easy amendement to push through. In an ideal world it would be nice to know what qwert thinks... but I don't have any hope that he'll return any more.

If other people are supportive of the change, I can see no reason it could not happen...

I'm not sure if this has been brought up yet or not. But with the advent of Supersized maps wouldn't this be a good candidate to be upgraded to the larger format?

Sure. Maybe you should PM the maker and see if he's willing to redo the map.
