Point/rank limited games

An option to make entry of games restricted to within a certain range of points/ranks, if the creator so chooses.

Why:
noobs can preventing being farmed by more experienced players over and over
pros can avoid losing 1000 points to the cook who jumped into their game
lower ranks can choose to train by only playing against higher ranks
higher ranks can choose to only play with people who have a clue how to play

The world would be your oyster.

And if you're really worried about creating a glass ceiling or whatever American 'happy clouds and hugs for everyone' term you want to use, you can always restrict this sort of point entry to 50% of games created or something.
