World Cities: Central London [D]

Post by isaiah40 »

Here is my version. There are 82 territories of which 58 are starting territories. Players will start with 3 territories each, and the rest will be 3 neutral. You can attack via streets and subway stations, and you receive +1 for every 4 with a max of 12.

Oh yea, I am requesting supersize on this one.

interesting idea... So the way I am reading this is the first player to start gets 3 spots and takes a 4th spot and how has a plus 1? If none of the other players are close to him he has a leg up?

this is my favourite of the maps in this contest so far. I think you are reading it correctly but presumably everyone has the same chance to get a +1

Basically yes. Though I could have everyone start with just 2 spots, that will eliminate any possibility of someone getting that 4th spot on their turn, thus giving everyone a chance.

Do the starting points look different to other ones? Since I don't see them.
Would definately like to play this.

 Forgot to mention that all attractions and subway stations start as neutral. I'll put on some neutral numbers on it later today so it would be clearer.

Concerning the starting positions, I think I am going to start them with only 2 positions. This way no one would have the upper hand after the first round.

Looks good but the connections are unclear to me.

- Do Rail and Road connect on all stations?

- How do Attractions and Parks connect?

yes

The attractions will touch the streets, and can be only attacked from the street that they touch. the same with the parks. Buckingham Palace, St james Park and Green park will be connected to each other.
