[GO] Ranged Reinforcements

Concise description:
  • Add a game config option which is partway between Chained & Unlimited, where the Host decides a maximum number of countries that reinforcements can travel through at the end of the round. All armies are entitled to move (unlike Chained where it's just the one)

Specifics:
  • Range is configurable from say 1 to 10, for all reinforcements. Set it on 5 then if playing on Classic map, u can take armies from South America to the North or Africa, but not randomly sling them around the wrold at the drop of a hat. Tracking would be needed to stop the unscrupulous player from moving the same armies more than once!

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
  • Adds a touch of realism as you can't really wave armies about like they were a laser pointer
  • By allowing the host to set the limit within a range, this adds considerably to the replay value on the same maps. Different tactics are needed, depending on how far u can move in reinforcement - if someone breaches your front line, you will need a number of depots for your reserves spread across your hinterland, or you'll never be able to muster a counter attack in time.
  • Improves troop morale by not switching them from Hawaii to the Antarctic at the drop of a hat, lets them get acclimatised as they travel :-)
