User JoshyBoy has continued to flame/bait/troll in the suggestions forum. As a former moderator of the Suggestions Forum, JoshyBoy is fully aware of the rules with respect to posting – especially in the suggestions forum.

JoshyBoy was previously warned by a moderator [player]rdsrds2120[/player] to stay away from my posts and to avoid posting anything negative. JoshyBoy was also warned for a major violation for account sitting abuse here: viewtopic.php?f=239&t=135034&hilit=joshyboy+warned&start=90#p2980255

In a locked thread that JoshyBoy has visited, a moderator [player]clapper011[/player] said this:

Overall, JoshyBoy has shown consistent disrespect for the rules and conventions on conquerclub.com. As JoshyBoy has been warned, perhaps a more helpful punishment is in order.

I fail to see where Joshyboy is breaking any rules in the posts you linked.

He's disagreeing with you, and your suggestion, but he's not insulting you personally or attacking you in any way.

If you post a suggestion, some people are potentially going to disagree with it. You can't accuse people who disagree with you of "trolling" or "flaming" just because they disagree with you.

As we have discussed, Queen_Herpes, a simple disagreement for your suggestion is, by no means, "trolliing". These C&A's, and the posts you reported, were all spurious. It seems you have a misunderstanding of what trolling really is, as I see none here.

then a warned is in order for joshy. queen herpes this is not a major violation it is a minor one and from what i can recall joshy has not had one of these.

i know i am meant to stay out of this but why have koa not updated the challenge thread 2 show round 2 home games for the pack. I just looked since we have a upcoming challenge v them and want to know whats what. Was chewie2 not revoked clan privs for not doing this in one of his challenges. i can see the pack have asked them to do this last week.

edit i mean keep an eye on streanths and weaknesses.

The above post got me a one week forum ban. for breaking what jpcloet stated. So in effect this is the same joshy was told to stay away by rds(global mod) and did not do so. Sorry but the presidence was set by the moderators when they banned me for a non flame or bait post. So they have opened the gates for these kind of reports.

This is more of a Global Moderator issue than a C&A issue, which they are more familiar in handling these type of cases. If you think someone is trolling you in a particular thread that happens to be in another forum, report that particular post by clicking on the exclamation mark sign. By then, the moderators in charge of that forum will look into it and evaluate your report. If the person is cleared or punished, try to respect the result, even if you don't agree with the outcome. The moderators are there to help resolve the issue.

You should have known about this by now, being a long time member and one of the active forumers in the site. If you do a similar report again in the C&A forum, we will see it as a spurious report and it can backfire on you instead. If a moderator has already intervened to resolve your issue and yet you refused to listen or follow, do not be surprised if you will get an appropriate action for it.

The Suggestions Forum is a public forum and expect people who may disagree with your ideas. It does not automatically mean they are flaming you or they are nonsense posts because they are against your idea.

I do not think that natty_dread or JoshyBoy's posts are flaming, baiting or trolling. Again, if you think someone or some people are trolling you in a particular thread, use the report button which is marked with the exclamation sign.
