Check out Natty Dread's other comments in both threads. He repeats the same thing over and over again. While I would be happy to respond to some of Natty Dread's points, because he continues to name me, make comments about my perspective (talking about me "ignoring points being made," etc.) and comments about me "pushing a thread through with brute force." It is clear to me that natty dread is posting about me and not posting about the suggestion. Again, I'm happy to address Natty Dread's comments is only they did not include the flame/bait aspect. This is spam because Natty Dread keeps posting the same thing over and over again. Perhaps Natty feels as though I am ignoring him, and that is partly true, as I do not feel that responding a thread that is (in part) rude and unacceptable somehow baits me into affirming the acceptability of those parts of his posts that are against the rules.
