Can I move the "Chat" somewhere else

I have been playing more speed freestyle and find it annoying to have to scroll down to read the chat. This can cost valuable time in a speed game. I have a wide screen monitor and like to play using the "small" map option. Therefore there is room to the right of my screen for the chat. Basically I could have all my gameplay (chat, log, and map) on the screen at once and not worry about scrolling?

p.s. the new update messes with the right side of my screen, but I am hoping the update is removed or can be excluded via an option button.

There isn't anything official that can alter the layout of the page. I'm not sure if any such plugins exist either.

Bob now has a feature to put the chat on the top of the page, above the map. That's the only currently available solution to your problem. However, foxglove was working on a plugin to make it moveable to wherever you want.
