Don't listen to Kotaro.

According to Rule #1, you can only have one account ever.

There may be options in the future to change your username, but that is not available at this time.

Not true... How many multis are running around here now because the mods let them keep the second account as long as they pay a new premium... the egg

Don't forget warsteiner/Renegades, *manimal/about 50 others, JesusReigns/JCKing, I'm sure I'm forgetting others.

There's nothing "cheating" about making another account IF:

A) You are on nobody's foe list with the first account.
B) You are only going to use 1 of those accounts.
C) You are playing completely different game settings with the new account (ex: if you played freestyle 1 v 1's , then make another account and play sequential 8-mans)
D) You had a high score with your previous account, so aren't making a new account to increase it.
E) You were a premium member, so had infinite games.
F) You have innocent motives with your new account.

I meet all of the above, and yet there are a few people on here that keep bringing me up every chance they get, EVEN THOUGH there are several more people who have done the SAME thing but without meeting all of A-F. (mentioned by Timminz.)

You're breaking a major rule, but when you meet A-F you aren't breaking the rules in the ways that annoy the administrators. The reason multiple accounts are against the rules is to prevent getting around game limit, foe lists, etc..

I have not cheated the system, but I have broken the rules. So I'd prefer to be termed a multi than cheater please.

That being said, don't make another account without meeting A-F, and even then you'll find it is not worth it.

Having multiple accounts for ANY reason is against the rules.

There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it. These other "methods" people are posting are not kosher, especially those reasons listed by the egg/ramned. Until there is something hard-coded into the site to stop people from buying back in a secondary account, I don't see anything wrong with members informing the public of who a new account really is. Unless it gets to the point of following them in every post in every forum (owen), which equals trolling.

Furthermore, if you are posting information encouraging people to create multis and/or illegally "change" their username, you will be getting at least a warning. The hunters are busy enough trying to keep this place free of cheaters, and we don't need anybody encouraging people to add to that task.

Now let's all get back to World Domination with only 1 military force.
