I'd say 1/3 on the scoreboard are premiums. So somewhere between 5 and 10 thousand... which makes CC's annual income six figures.

Is it just me or does the scoreboard seem unusually short??? IIRC it had 30K players just a few months ago and today it's just above 18K.

CC had about 8300 premium players around 6 months ago, and in the past 6 months has lost around 3250 paying customers. I'm not making this up, I had to do a feasability study for my site.

And that doesn't include players who pay and go inactive for long periods of time so they aren't on the scoreboard.
