Original rank structure

Anybody remember, or can reveal, what 1600 points was worth in rank under the first rank structure in CC , before the "Big Revision" ?

I'd assume it was Sergeant 1st Class. I'm pretty sure Lieutenant was 1800 and Captain was 2000, so it seems to make sense.

and also when did they come out with the "Conquerer" and who was the first
