RIP Saxitoxin

Postby saxitoxin on Fri Jul 31, 2009 4:58 pm

Hello everyone. This is Phoneutria nigriventer toxin-3, the sister of the user whose userid was Saxitoxin.

I regret to inform you that, the reason Saxitoxin hasn't posted here lately, is that he has finally ended a long and painful struggle he had and is now in a better place.

In his last days he spoke fondly of all the wonderful friends he had here on CC so I just wanted to stop by and say thanks to all of you and let you know how much I appreciate your support. He especially wished the best to his friends Skittles!, Strife, Timminz, BigBallaStallin, Woodsy Owl, colton24, GabonX, BoganGod, shanksdigs, rocketry and a few others whose names escape me.

We all knew Saxitoxin as a caring, wonderful, loving human who spent his entire life working tirelessly for peace and social justice. I hope to get to know all of you a little better in the future as well as I will be taking over his account, which he left to me.

For a More Harmonious and Tolerant Society,

- Phoneutria nigriventer toxin-3

I'm sure you know where he was. If you guys aren't multi's then you're neighbors or brothers or something. You two both just appeared out of nowhere at the same time and post in each others threads constantly. It's pretty obvious to the casual observer (that's me, I hardly even come to GD anymore), that you guys are somehow in something together. Not to mention you guys seem to know a lot about the site for people who just joined in june. I don't know who you "were" but im sure you are not new here.

Hello everyone, Phoneutria nigriventer toxin-3 again.

I wanted to share with you this codicil that my brother, Saxitoxin, left to his will.

To All My Dear Friends at ConquerClub:
I know we've enjoyed good times and bad. We've shared a laugh and shed a tear. We've had wordly discussions on matters of gravity and rib-splitting laughter on matters of spirit.

I'll never forget the CC beach barbecue and all the fun we had there, or the sunset strolls and long, philosophical talks I used to have with USERID: Strife and USERID: Timminz. I recall with appreciation how the CC community rallied together to raise funds and purchase USERID: jetjet a new wheelchair and I reflect fondly on our tree planting weekend when we worked together to try to control carbon emissions.

You have all been dear friends to me and now, as I prepare to enter immortality, I wanted verily to share with you these thoughts.

Best Wishes to All.

Your Friend,
Saxitoxin

Since the person who owned this account is no more, I'm sure the admins will have no problem with deleting the profile entirely.

I would just like to note that my brother, Saxitoxin, willed to me the remainder of his premium membership - which is real property. It would be convenient if I could change the name on this account from Saxitoxin to Phoneutria nigriventer toxin-3 (my name), however, I almost think keeping it as Saxitoxin serves as a wonderful living memorial to my brother's memory.

Thank you everyone for all your wonderful words of support. It was a tragic accident that claimed my brothers life and I feel good knowing he had so many close friends here. I see that the site owners have even awarded him medals in recognition of all his contributions to Conquer Club and I am very grateful for that recognition as well.

One Other Thing
- As you may have known, Saxitoxin was a fond lover of short stories about social progress and cross cultural celebrations and had been published in Volksbuch der Literatur many times prior to his emigration to the United States. I intend to start an online literary and poetry journal here on CC where we can all share our creative energies. More info about that to follow but feel free to PM me if you'd like to help out.

Warm Regards,
Phoneutria nigriventer toxin-3

if i remember correctly, it was ruled in the case of 'cc v. wilderbeast' that more than 1 person using the same premium account is against the rules.

There is only one person using this premium account. My brother, as I have noted, is dead and will no longer be using it.

Update on the status of the literary newsletter! There's been an outpouring of support since my last post. I would now like to formally announce the Nazim Hikmet/Pablo Neruda Memorial CC Literary E-Newsletter.

Very soon you will be able to inject your creative juices into my inbox.

Instructions will follow once we get things up and running.

Solidarity,
PhTx3

P.S. The T&A usergroup is still forming. I intend to take this over as a memorial to my brother, Saxitoxin.

It has been decreed time, and time again that premium membership is absolutely non-transferable. Goodbye to you, kind lady. I'm sorry to hear of your deficient family heritage. Perhaps you can find a nice group home somewhere that would be kind enough to accept someone so genetically unfortunate as yourself.
