This is the thread for the DoomYoshi Award: New Player of the Year.

To qualify, a player's joindate must Oct 1, 2011, or later.

Please nominate players you think deserve the award, along with a short blurb about why. Players are allowed to nominate themselves.

I second The_Bishop. But I contest your use of the word "noob." That generally implies some amount of stupidity or incompetence. I recommend you change it to "Newb of the Year Award."
