when does the monthly leader thingy ends?

well never really went after these things before this month of feb. it's now march and the february leaderboard has still not been ended.
When does february stops counting and the positions are declared final? march 2nd?

Februari stops at the 1st of March, however the old rankings are still displayed for a few days.
