Overview
This is a one-day tournament will run in a very similar fashion to the successful Speed Terminator I, Speed Terminator II, Speed Terminator III & Speed Assassin I Tournaments.
It will be just two rounds and therefore not very time consuming.
To enter, check all details, especially the time. Then post a reply to this thread, then send me a PM on the day of the tournament, at least 20 minutes before the start time (I will send reminders a few days before).
Ideally, there will be 16 players. Winners of the first-round 4-player matches go through to the final.
The map will be St Pat’s if available, if not, Ireland.
Matches at 10:00pm (1st Round) then 11:00pm (Final) GMT.

Western Europe (Paris) - Matches at 11:00pm (1st Round) then 12:00am (Final)
Eastern Europe (Greece) - Matches at 12:00am (1st Round) then 1:00am (Final) (Thur 18 March)
Moscow - Matches at 1:00am (1st Round) then 2:00am (Final) (Thur 18 March)
Sydney - Matches at 9:00am (1st Round) then 10:00am (Final) (Thur 18 March)

Players need to be certain to be available to sign-up. Please read all the details before committing yourself to joining.
All arrangements are designed to maximise the probability of the tournament working.
As many reserves as possible will be recruited. If a player has failed to turn-up five minutes after the match start time, a mass PM will be sent to the reserve list with game no. and password. It will then be a case of first-come, first-served for the reserves.

Matches will be Speed, Assassin, Sequential, Automatic, Escalating, Adjacent Reinforcements and Fog of War. The final will be sunny.

Players must be Premium (unless there is a Speed Game Holiday).
Players must have a 97% attendance record, have played a minimum 50 games, and not have dropped out from one of my tournaments previously!
Players have until 5 minutes after the match PM is sent to them to join their games from when the PM is sent (10 minutes for the first round). Failure to do so will result in a reserve being sought. Players also have to register at least 20 minutes before the tournament starts by sending a PM to the Tournment Organiser.

Players will be informed when they have a game and will until 5 minutes after the PM is sent to join (10 minutes for the first round). If they fail to do so then they will be ejected from the tournament and a reserve will replace them.

Players must inform the tournament organiser if they have a regular partner or opponent that is also featuring in the tournament. The organizer can then ensure these players do not play together to avoid any potential claims of foul play by other players.
If reports of suspected foul play are made and the players in question have not declared that they are regular partners / opponents then they will be both be ejected from the tournament without question or the need for irrefutable evidence.
