First 2 teams have advanced to Semi Finals. CandaVespin & bamage and Natewolfman & qwert are also the first semi final pair. Top side of the bracket is waiting for 2nd games to end to know if there are tiebreakers needed or not.

reahma & ultrama have also advanced to Semi Finals. We are waiting on last Game 3944501 of HB: Quarter Finals to end between Jonsvoll & larsin and biteme143 & theonly jKiLLa. Winner team of that game advances to next round and we can't move on before it has ended. I've asked them to report the results to me as soon as it finishes so we could move on without any major delay

Bracket has been updated and we are moving on to Semi Finals. Winner pairs move to finals where they will fight for the tournament win and gold medal. Losers will play their set to fight for the bronze medal. Games are made out and sent to home teams.
Good luck to all 4 teams!

We are in the finals!!! Congratulations to reahma & ultrama and CandaVespin & bamage who will play for the Gold and Silver medal! But first, we have 2 teams who will play for the Bronze medal - biteme143 & theonly jKiLLa and Natewolfman & qwert.
First Bronze medal games will be played and when they have finished, the true finals for the win of the tournament will begin!

Because of reason stated below and as bronze medal tiebreaker seems to end soon, I've decided to start the finals! Gold medal games are sent out and good luck to both teams: reahma & ultrama and CandaVespin & bamage. May the better team win!
My CC time will be very hectic until February 17th so I most likely won't update tournaments before that date. Do try to be active and correct yourself.

Game 4231499 and Game 4231500 are currently active final games. If third one is needed or not depends how these end because finals is best out of 3 series. You might notice that the games are made under wrong tournament (I didn't notice but Canda Vespin did and let me know about it). I must of mixed up when making the games so it might be that they stay under wrong tournament (I've messaged Gilligan about the problem) but just wanted to say that the results still matter and new games will not be made under correct name. Thank you both teams for helping each other into games when I was busy and didn't provide much help!
Bronze medal games have finished - congrats tobiteme143 & theonly jKiLLa for being third in this tournament!

After 10 months of team battles, it's over and we have our winner team. This team signed up under Sailing event and advanced to Huge Bracket by winning all their 6 games. The same amazing winning strike continued in Huge Bracket - out of 11 games they played in there, they lost only one game in Round 1. After that they stayed undefeated!
Well done, CandaVespin & bamage, you really deserve the gold medal!!!
Congratulations also to silver medal winners - reahma & ultraman!
Thank you everybody so much for playing and hopefully we'll meet in next Olympics!

Thanks everybody. It was a fun tournament! The contestants know this map now better than anyone else on the site. When Canda and I play this map against people who didn't compete in this tournament, we mop up. Thanks, Amazzony, for creating and running a tournament that allowed such a deep-dive focus on one map. It uncovered nuances and strategies that serve as high-altitude training for games outside of this tournament.
