All right...we have room for one more, bringing us to 126 total teams. The next one to sign-up gets the spot...the rest will go to reserves, which I'm sure will be used at some point during the season so be ready to play :)

The final player needs to choose an open team out of the Valley or Conference USA..
those teams include...
Evansville
Northern Iowa
Bradley
Southern Illinois
Indiana State
SMU
Houston
Memphis
Marshall
Southern Miss
UAB

• I will post the final team list tonight...but for those interested all the major conferences filled, as did the MAC...the other mid-majors will be

Abbreviated....Atlantic-10 (with 10 teams instead of 14)
Combined...Valley/Conference USA (12 teams)
WAC/Mountain West (10 teams)
Big Sky/WCC (9 teams)
thanks...

I'll take Memphis.

Alexander's Empire, Flat, Unlimited, Sunny

Also, I'll suspiciously get a large number of highly touted recruits to attend a college in a non-competitive league where they're guaranteed to win lots of games, get a high seed in the tourney, and not be pushed too hard in class.

You should take all three of them since you were looking for an even number.

All right everyone....we have 128 total teams this year playing in 11 difference conferences. That means almost double last year's total players, allowing us to have a full 64-team March Madness bracket this season. I will also put together a 32-team NIT tourney.

I'm working on schedules and some paperwork over the next few days and will send out the first batch of games Monday. Still taking reserves.

Can't wait to get started...Go Vikings!!!!

News Flash from the Maui Invitational - Longhorns continue their inspired play after last season's run to the Final 4. They used a high paced offense and great defense to put away St. Joseph's in 5 rounds. Longhorns are try to make an early statement this season.

also Flex, are you going to have your blog page again this year...enjoyed it very much last season.

I joined my first game, but its No Cards and Fog of War on New World. I thought No Cards was off the table this year? (maybe I imagined that)

At any rate, I'll try to join the Thursday game, but with No Cards & Fog on New World, I don't expect that game will end this month. The only way it could be longer is on World 2.1! :)

Spokesmen Review - After stumbling out of the blocks this young team that is looking to build off of their NIT bid last year and make a run in the real tourney this year.

Aron Baynes was the difference down the stretch, putting up 18 points and 22 boards (15 of which came in the 2nd half) against the undersized Broncos.
