As this tournament is one of the final three to be completed to finish off year one's TPA and is only in round 53 - do you think it should be shortened from the 100 rounds originally planned?

Congratulations to our winner ThrushAXX The final scores were ThrushAAX 64; Gromph 62; Babagonosh 61; Maasman 57; Neva 57; Uckuki 56; Bones2484 56; Mizzou3181 55 and Chiefsfan4ever 55 After 100 games it was a very close run thing! Congratulations to everyone who managed to stay the course!
I have picked up the management of this tournament and plan the following format through to completion:
Keeping to the theme of "Centum" we will complete 100 games on different maps each round and, from the original 100 players, there are now 42 that have completed Round 5 and will continue to participate.
For the next 41 rounds we will play a round-robin with a different map each round. The remaining rounds to complete 100 will then involve the top listed players playing a round-robin set of games.
I will send out pm's with the invites; at first, since the tournament has been dormant for a while, I will remind absent joiners with invites, but when we get going again I will expect joiner pm's to be accessed within 48 hours.
As the previous set of instructions I will expect you to join just the games to which your name is assigned; also the loading may get up to 10 games at a time.
The game fromat will be as before, except I will have a 20 round limit;
Number of Players: 2 Game Type: Standard Initial Troops: Automatic Play Order: Sequential Spoils: No Spoils Reinforcements: Adjacent Fog of War: No Number of Round: 20
What I will do in case of an odd number of participants and/or opponents not joining is keep a tally of missed games and, if likely to affect the final result, pay them after the next round robin.
There is an odd number of players remaining, so each player will miss one of the maps each round.

Ubcman64 has decided not to continue in the tournament so, rather than rejigging the round-robin matchups which have been in place from Round 54 through to the present round (65), we will continue with the remaining games as planned.
There will therefore be two players without games in each of the future rounds until round 92 and, as the winners then begin the final 8 games, the effect of those games already lost or won by ubcman64 on his opponents will be taken into account.
