The 4 points you mentioned are Round Points, which no longer matter now that Group Stage 1 is over and the results and standings have been recorded.
I understand that it's confusing, so let me try to explain, using your team (which is indeed Nepal) as an example:
You, Leehar, as the Nepali fencer, started with one event point, as did everyone else. You earned a second event point for finishing at the top of your group in group stage 1, and an additional half of an event point for winning all four of your games.
If you go to the sheet that says "Fencing - Results," you will see that you were one of 8 fencers to accomplish this. I broke the tie by speed of victory (whoever earned their 4 wins in the lowest total number of rounds was put at the top of the fencing leaderboard), so you finished fifth and earned 68 Standings Points (the number of Standings Points you get = 73 - your place on the leaderboard, so 73 - 5 = 68).
There is a similar results sheet for each event, but shooting, synchronized swimming, and cross-country relay are still ongoing, and I have not yet gotten a chance to break the ties in Show Jumping.
Once all Day 1 games finish, I will record, on the last page of the sheet ("Overall Results") the number of standings points each team has accumulated in each event and in all events combined - this last number will be used to determine the overall standings and (after Day 7) the winning team.
Hope this cleared everything up, but if not, please continue to ask questions, and I will do my best to answer them.
