Allowing him to prove a causal link between said vaccine's administration and alleged rising mercury level. It would allow him to rule out the, currently strong, possibility that the mercury in the surveyed patients did not in fact originate directly from the vaccine itself (but was instead present as a reaction to said vaccine).

It would allow him to stop saying "Some vaccines somewhere might have mercury in them!!! Panic!!!ONE" and be able to start saying "Vaccine X has mercury in it, I believe that this is a bad thing because of X, Y and Z". In other words, it would allow him to move from spouting generic hysteria, and allow him to start making specific, evidence-based arguments. A difference which I hope is not entirely lost on you.

You're essentially saying "Less poison found in blood that expected. PANIC!!!"... which isn't actually that alarming a thing. To get us worried you're going to have to (1) show us that said level of poison is still dangerous, or (2) that said poison is actually winding up somewhere concerning (as opposed to passing in urnie, or calcifying within teeth).
