It's kinda open knowledge there are no detainees left at this point. Israel surely understands that.

You don't roll up to a bank robbery, lob a 500 pound bomb through the front door and THEN yell "send out the hostages!" What's left to send out?

The detainees were always as much Israeli hostages as they were Hamas. Without them Netanyahu couldn't continue the ethnic cleansing under guise of rescue. It doesn't serve either side to admit anyone who wasn't part of the first and second exchanges have, unfortunately, probably been lost to the IDF attacks. Hamas loses a vanishing perception of leverage and the increasingly perilous Netanyahu government opens itself up to criticism from the opposition and the families. So for now, everyone is quietly agreeing to continue this ghoulish pantomime.

A clearly marked UN truck was attacked by the IDF in Rafah, killing a UN worker, and an aid convoy near Hebron was attacked by an Israeli mob and the food it was carrying destroyed, with no intervention by Israeli security services.

President Higgins highlighted that aid convoys have repeatedly attacked by the Israeli military despite aid convoys giving the IDF their exact coordinates so the IDF would know they were aid workers. More than 250 aid workers have been killed by the IDF in Gaza to date.
