In this thread we will play the popular game "hangman" with beloved forum contributor/pundit/Tea Party Representative, ViperOverLord

I'll tell you the REAL REASON if you must know. Back in the day when my mother said she was thinking about voting for Kerry I told her she might as well put her wallet on the table and wait for a ___________ to come by and take it.

I wonder what word this poster, and coincidentally a poster who is an ardent supporter of the Tea Party, was omitting there?

I will start by guessing 'i'.


The reason that I am guessing 'i' is because it is a vowel. They are good to pick during the early stages of this game as it is likely that they will be in the word. They are bad to pick in the later stages because it is unlikely that they will be the only type of letters in the word. That is why I chose 'i'.

I asked him if the word had a 'g' in it. So far he has not replied. He did however mumble something about heading out to his yard to check on his woodpile. At least, I guess that's what he was saying, it was difficult to make out because of all his rage.

This is a highly interesting clue that will help us to guess the remaining letters with a greater degree of accuracy.
