I was just noticing this one had slid. I went into check on it then whenI came out it was on top.

Yes, though for some of the time it was too warm and sunny, but there was a nice evening thunderstorm as well.

I've been listening to CSPAN-2 this morning, to the House Science, Space, & Technology Committee 'questioning' the White House Director of Science & Technology Policy Dr. John Holdren. Listening to some of them wax poetic about NASA and high energy particle physics while some of them (or their previous colleagues) saw it quite fit to cut / eliminate funding in order to 'reduce the budget deficit' according to public Congress records.

Whenever I listen to these Congressional hearings regarding either scientific agencies like NASA or science policy and some of the skeptical or 'lecturing' questions and comments, it just makes me want to bang my head on the desk.
