Sort of depends on how you take the Book of Revelations. There's a reference to the "Bride of Christ", usually meant to refer to the church. So I guess it also depends on whether you feel that God loves all people equally, or Jesus had a thing for chicks in a different way than he did for dudes, rather than equally.
