Dear Conquer Club Community People (hereafter: 'CCCP'),
*The persistent ringing of a single spoon being tapped upon the edge of a wine-glass fills the room*
I would like to make a very important announcement.
Myself and JimBoston are now officially ConquerFriends.
Over the last 24 hours we have decided to put aside our differences, which once we sat down and discussed them were not so great after all, and to henceforth co-operate in the spirit of mutual love and brotherhood. We will be working together to try to make the lives of all CCCP happier and more fulfilled via a full program of awareness raising events and community initiatives.
Our first initiative will be 'Make a new ConquerFriend Day', in which we will be encouraging each member of this community to add to their friend list another user with whom they frequently find themselves feuding (and/or a non-Bumpage frequenting member). The aim being to promote bridge-building and increased dialogue between the disparate factions that make up the body of the CCCP.
As such, I would like to take this opportunity to ask all of the other denizens of The Big B to put their hands together in a show of congratulation for the step that myself and JimBoston have taken to develop our relationship today, and also to get the ball rolling to build anticipation for 'Make a new ConquerFriend Day'.
