1.Interactivity - it was much better before computers could interact with each other. After the second IMP was installed, the internet started sucking.
2. Graphics - I use this to refer to all forms of representation, be it sound or punch-cards. Computers were better in the 1800s, when the silicon did not meaningfully display information.
3. 3rd Party Toolbars - You can be on the best website and still it won't be worth anything if you have one of these installed and turned on. My grandmother uses a Yahoo toolbar. She has breast cancer and is basically ready to die. I think this shows direct causation.
