I think guys you just need to use a bit of common sense.

If someone starts a thread which is quite clearly about a certain subject.
Then someone else decides to start talking about random stuff which is only funny to the poster and its recipient then that is considered thread jacking. And to be fair it is irritating when you have made a thread and come back to find pages of crap clogging up the real answers/posts to your thread.

So in short, just use a bit of common sense and combine it with an element of being considerate and you will never be banned again.

incorrect it was about the reason for unriggable's ban..

thread jacking is the reason for unriggable's ban, therefore it is about threadjacking.

AK_iceman wrote:Taking over a thread on a message board by taking a part of the original posted topic, twisting it around and "hijacking" the thread itself. What happens is that the original content contained in the post becomes moot and whatever the "Thread Jacker" has manipulated the content to be becomes the new content thereby "hijacking" the original intent of post. People now respond to the "thread jacker's" input and the that becomes the focus of the thread.

Is that clear?

Sounds reasonable enough. Thanks for the clarification.

You have to do an african rain dance while holding two flamingo's who in turn are holding a half dead hamster between them. Oh and on a trampolene. That would impress me anyway.
