so did i, with potatoe wedges, peas and salad(with a bit of mayo and sweetcorn relish). my wife made it and it was very nice. :lol:

Medium rare. I used to like them rare until I read Kipling's The Mark of the Beast and had nightmares of Fleete.

I had a steak 2 days ago, medium, cooked to perfection (slow heated) it had these sun-dried tomatoes on it too, absolutely gorgeous.
