Wows...incredibly tragic & preventable. My son is eight years old and I absolutely would never let him do something like this or even GO to such an event...we don't glorify or have guns in our house.

I would say the father should be locked up, but it's not necessary as he will beat himself up over this for the rest of his life...possibly even losing his wife/marriage in the process.
