Welcome to the Tournaments Hall of Fame. Included below is a breakdown of each tournament organizer that Conquer Club has seen successfully complete a tournament. Also listed below are the winners of each of these tournaments, and a list of various tournament statistics to give you a complete picture of the things going on here in the tournament forums.
This hall of fame has been created to recognize the personal efforts put forth by many players here at Conquer Club to provide yet another avenue for both gameplay and entertainment through an overwhelming variety of tournaments that showcase not only creativity, but also dedication to the cause. Also, it serves to give recognition to the players who played thousands upon thousands of games to earn tournament titles they can proudly display for a long time to come. Take a look around and see if your friends or adversaries have either won or run a tournament in the past.
Each tournament listed is also accompanied by a tag that shows what type of tournament it was. There are currently 9 categories that a tournament can fall into:
- Tournaments using Standard games.
- Tournaments using Doubles teams.
- Tournaments using Triples teams.
- Tournaments using Quads teams.
- Tournaments using Terminator games.
- Tournaments using games with Fog of War.
- Tournaments based upon a real Sports League.
- Tournaments using Assassin games.
- Tournaments using Manual deployment.
- Tournaments featuring larger teams playing with a variety of game settings.
- Tournaments using more than one game type (I.E. Standard and Doubles or Triples and Assassin). Note: For a tournament to be mixed that encompasses Fog, it must have different game types (I.E. Doubles and Fog will be counted as Doubles).
In order to have your tournament listed in the hall of fame it must meet the following requirements:
- 1. It must have a clear and distinct winner. If the tournament is used as a qualifier for another tournament then it does not count as a separate tournament, but rather as a piece of a larger tournament.
2. Abandoned tournaments will not be listed. If they are rescued by another organizer they will be listed with the rescuing organizer and not the original organizer.
3. The tournament must be organized following the currently applicable tournament guidelines found in the Tournament Handbook.
Updates to the information in the hall of fame happen approximately every 12-14 days. If you run across any information that is missing from the hall of fame, of if something is incorrect, please feel free to send a PM to Gilligan and he will make sure it gets included with the next update. The Tournament Contribution medals will be given out with each update to the hall of fame.
