Hello tournament folk!
Just recently we have received Tournament Winner medals. In order to gain one of these medals, you must have won a public tournament.
The organizer MUST have announced the winner in some way. If someone approaches a Tournament Director claiming to have won a tournament where the organizer didn't officially declare a winner, then it does not count.
There will be as many medals for a tournament as there are winners. Normally the max is 4, but all winners from a large team tournament will still receive a medal. Medals will NOT be awarded for 2nd place (or below) finishers.
A medal will still be awarded regardless of who started or finished organizing the tournament.
Please do not expect to receive these medals right away. We must first assemble the body of the medal to award, then award it directly. The amount of winners we have is no small amount. Once we are caught up with everyone having their needed medal, the medals will be handed out like Tournament Contribution medals: approximately once every two weeks at the Hall of Fame update.
