Kiko's Redemption Conquerland
This tournament is loosely based on this season of Survivor, ..., Survivor - Redemption Island. I say loosely because there won't be any voting off players or voting for the winner at the end or hidden immunity idols and "tribes" will not remain constant. Reward and immunity will be awarded each game, but the big part that will be used in this tournament is Redemption Island (in this case, Redemption Conquerland (I will abbreviate this as RCL).

The Basics (detailed rules and round structure below):
In each round we will have 1 or 2 main games going and from those games, the following will occur:
- The first player(s) out of each game will go to RCL.
- The winner(s) will receive immunity, meaning they will not be sent to RCL in the next round even if they are the first player out.
- The player(s) who eliminates the first player(s) of the game(s) will receive reward, meaning they will get to choose the map and settings for their game in the next round (only settings labeled as "varies" shown at the top of the post - others will remain fixed as shown)
The players on RCL will play a standard game (random map, sequential, automatic, escalating, chained, sunny) and the loser(s) will be eliminated from the tournament. The winner will stay on RCL and await the next set of players to try to stay in the game.
Finals:
Eventually, the main games will play down to 3 players. Those 3 players plus the 1 player who makes it through RCL will compete in the finals which will consist of 3 games. If a single player wins at least 2 of the 3 games, they will be declared the winner. If 3 different players win the 3 games, 1 last game will be played with the 3 winners for all the marbles (random map, standard, sequential, automatic, escalating, chained, foggy).

Spoiler
Players receiving immunity (winner of a game in the previous round) will not be sent to RCL even if they are the first player eliminated. The first non-immune player eliminated from a game will go to RCL.
Players receiving reward (player achieving first elimination in the previous round) will get to choose the map and settings in their game in the next round. Some settings are fixed, all others can be chosen freely (see top of post). Since games need to assure that a single player gets eliminated to go to RCL, map choices will be restricted to maps which do not have an objective where a player can eliminate all other players simultaneously. In Round 5, there will be 2 players in the same game who won reward. At random one player will be chosen to choose the map and the other player will choose the settings.
It is possible for the same player to win both reward and immunity in the same round.
The players eliminating the first player will get reward regardless of whether the player they eliminated has immunity or not. In the event that the first player eliminated had immunity and then the player who eliminated them is the player that goes to RCL (and thus no player wins "reward" in that game), the settings from Round 1 will be used.
If the player winning reward does not PM their map and settings to me within 24 hours of the round finishing, the Round 1 map and settings will be used (in reality, the player will have much longer than 24 hours in total since they will know they are the reward winner well before the game is over and don’t need to wait for the game to finish to PM me).
All players will have 48 hours to join each game. Round 1 only will use reserves. If a player is a no show after Round 1, they will be out of the tournament. The game will be re-setup with the players that did join and will play for only reward and immunity in that game, no player from that game will go to RCL. If a player no shows in an RCL game and it’s a 1v1 game, the player that joined will automatically stay in the game, if it’s a 3 player game, the game will be re-setup with the 2 players that joined.
The finals will consist of 3 games. The 3 players that advanced to the finals via the main games (ie not RCL) will each choose a map (no restrictions in this round) and settings. The player making it to the finals from RCL will not get the luxury of getting a choice.
If any player wins 2 or 3 of these games, they will be declared the winner. If 3 different players each get 1 win, those 3 will play 1 final game on random with standard, sequential, automatic, escalating, chained, foggy settings.
