I think you might be focusing on the use of "false claim", which isn't really appropriate since these are fog games. I re-checked our game when I read this, and someone else did have the bonus before I did. It's only fair that they get the points for that, particularly when there is no way to tell who is holding what territories.
Yeah, I agree. I'm pretty sure that when Pandemonium said false, there weren't any pejorative connotations to it. It's just a false claim in the same sense that a medical test might return a false positive, it's not an accusation of anything.

I just meant 'not correct' or that someone claimed the bonus and someone else had the bonus before him but said nothing (If you ask me this should be punishable, it's like not calling the BINGO first and some else calls it 2-3 numbers after you, but we don't have that rule here - maybe next tournie).
I check the logs manually and open 2 or 3 .txt docs and make counters line by line - it's pretty exhausting job for some maps (like Lunar War) but I want everything to be fair and correct
Mr. squishyg, I only post the log of the bonus-winner, you can check the log manually and compare it to your achievement and you will see that you didn't own the bonus first.

BTW all the bonuses where a continent is required are 2 rounds (like the Ice Cap).

I can't see it from the log...
I see you did got the bonus in round 8 and lost it in round 10 - which is not enough
(if you got it in round 8, you should've held in through 9-10-11)

I thought it might be about time that I had a look at the team scores so far. Keep in mind that there are still 21 active games, so these scores are not final. Nonetheless, they may give us a decent clue as to which teams will be in the Team Finale.
No surprise that Gael Force is leading the pack with their stunning 228 points. They are the only team that managed to keep all four members alive into the final round. What really impresses me is how well some of the teams with only one or two surviving members are doing. I would also like to give special recognition to torres44cm, the only surviving member of my team. Almost by himself (I got eliminated in game 1, two other team-mates got wiped in game 2) he has dragged our team along to an impressive 98 points, the highest for a team with only 1 surviving member. Some others that are really impressive in that regard are PnC, Seamus76, fairman, and Kennys777. I wish there was a special medal for that.

Do you think it's better to create a new team and ask the other players without team to join me or to join a team with a free spot (player who's quite the game or eliminated) ?
